Manage districts, staff roles and assignments across the whole ClassConvene platform.
Districts
Each district has a signup code teachers use to join it. A teacher's district controls which standards they'll see (and, later, which platform features are turned on for them).
Users & roles
Pick a district (or use βView usersβ above) to see its staff β district admins first, then teachers. Set each account's role, district, and site-manager access. New joiners awaiting approval show up here too.
Teams & Clubs
Organized by district β school. An athletic department groups the teams under it; teams not in a department are listed under their school, and organizations are shown separately (they aren't part of a district). Create a team below, then open β Manage on any team to set its type, brand colors, athletic department / organization, and coaches.

Coaches and club/team managers don't belong to a district or school β they get a restricted set of tools (Create Forms, TeamConvene, and more). Create one here, then assign them to a team above.

Preview the platform as another role. Teacher / District Admin open the ClassConvene hub impersonating that role (a banner lets you return here) β from there you can open PRISM or any module as that role. Students can only access PRISM, so that one opens the student app in a new tab.

Jump straight into the Summit STEM Collective demo β pick the organization or one of its connected teams to open TeamConvene from their coach view. Use these while recording the walkthrough.
